Process & Cost

Our Process

At Daphne’s Haven, everything we do is guided by a simple but powerful belief: the personal, physical, and emotional well-being of our residents must come first. We use an interdisciplinary approach to management and a team-based model for care. By partnering with trusted local nonprofits, state programs, and community organizations, we work together to meet the diverse needs of the people we serve.

Application and Screening Process

Unlike traditional housing providers who rely on rigid checklists, we believe in a more holistic, understanding approach. Many of our residents come through referrals—from doctors, nurses, case workers, social workers, or even the families of current residents. This personalized process helps our intake team better understand each applicant’s unique situation, allowing us to make thoughtful, informed decisions.

Our goal is to provide affordable, quality, all-inclusive living arrangements to those in need of stability, safety, and support.
